Today marks day 1 of Arbonne’s 30-day challenge. After months & months of considering it, seeing results, and needing to take my health a step further I decided to give it a try.
The 30-day challenge is a clean eating “cleanse” if you will. For 30 days you eat only lean meats, veggies, dark fruits and apples, good carbs (like brown rice), and you try to avoid things like dairy, acidic food, unhealthy fats, processed foods, etc. You also drink Arbonne full balance protein shakes 2 a day and mix in clean and healthy snacks.
To be honest, I have no idea what to expect. Individually, I have tried all of the products in the kit. I especially love the detox tea and the Fizz Sticks since I don’t drink coffee. (a caffeinated drink mix you put in water). I have found them both to work well and are probably my favorite on the market.
This is going to be so hard for me since A) I am not a huge fan of veggies – like at all (but am hoping the Green Balance powder helps) B) I LOVE acid foods – hello salsa addict C) have an easy time saying no to sweets but have a hard time saying no to salt & tacos.
I can’t wait to keep you all updated through the whole challenge with my honest opinions, recipes I am trying, and of course, share my progress photos with you!
I find so many times when you look at Arbonne and the results it almost doesn’t seem real so I want to be 100% transparent through this whole journey!
