One thing that I would say most people know about me is my love for Mexican food. I honestly can’t turn it down. I could probably eat salsa every day of my life and be perfectly happy.

Living in Oklahoma We have our fair share of Mexican restaurants. One of my favorites is Mama Roja. It overlooks Lake Hefner and is one of the nicest Mexican restaurants in the city.

We go there at least once a month. Their service and atmosphere is always amazing but their food and strawberry margaritas are truly to die for! I love that they have such a diverse menu. Their ceviche rivals that of some of the coastal Mexican restaurants I have been to.

I also adore their Cadillac burrito dinner. Add a little queso and I am in food heaven. For the first time this past week I tried their AMAZING cheesecake burrito. Y’all it was so good! I honestly haven’t had anything like it. My mom and I scarfed it down.
