Last week I talked on Instagram about a super fun 4 week boot camp I have been doing. It is a high intensity cardio and toning boot camp. I was super lucky and got to sign up for a 4 week program for $45! If you have ever hired a personal trainer or gone to these types of classes you know just how expensive they can be.
I am a firm believer that one of the best ways to feel good about yourself and to feel that your life is on track is to have healthy habits for eating and exercising. Lately though I have not had the energy or the motivation to work out. It’s like I would get off work and all I want to do is eat dinner, lay in bed, and watch Netflix. Does this happen to anyone else?
Four weeks ago, my best friend asked if I would do this class with her. I had been looking for a way to get back into the gym and I was hoping this was it. It was! As hard as the workouts are, they are equally as fun and rewarding. The trainers are so nice and amazing at pumping you up for the class. Not to mention I have never sweated that much in 40 minutes in my LIFE!
Although it is NOT about the scale for me as much as seeing progress it was amazing how much better, healthier, and lighter I felt.
If you are looking for a fun class and you are in Oklahoma I highly recommend trying this class out. If not don’t worry, they also have an amazing online program. Even if this type of class isn’t for you, I highly recommend that you find something that gives you energy and makes you feel good, the motivation will come once you start seeing a little progress 🙂 I have found that it all just takes time, but a good workout look definitely helps haha!
